Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Very strict LE diet, no breakfast, no snacking, only low nutrient food eg cucumbers, mushrooms, iceberg lettuce, peeled apples etc. no meat or fish, very little dairy (smear of low fat philli), no nuts or pulses. Tracked totals on fitness pal and averaged between 1000-1200 calories, 35g protein, 25g fat, 750mg sodium.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
7 months with a break at Christmas. I only managed 2 decent attempts in that time due to DHs job (should have been 3 but i panicked and mistimed O so ended up with huge cutoff) 1st attempt was at least 12 hrs after O and ended in a chemical so unless we were together at OPK we did not DTD.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?

Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Very boy friendly unfortunately. He did cut down on bananas and drink more alcohol but was also working out and losing weight:(

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
Had to incorporate empty calories from sweets and alcohol to get enough. Upped to 1400 when BMI got too low.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
Drank lots of diet coke and ate artificially sweetened products. Cut out milk and bananas which was a big change. Have never eaten red meat but used to eat a lot seafood. Only took folic acid whereas with DSs i took a proper prenatal supp.
The diet definitely took its toll - weak nails, dry skin and reduced cm.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I cannot remember exactly but think it was about 53kg BMI just under 18 as i am 5"8. This is my lowest adult weight by about 12kg
