Hi everyone

This is my third child and I have swayed for a boy after two beautiful girls.

I am torn at staying team green or finding out the sex of the new baby.

I did have gd after finding out my second child was a girl at the ultrasound.

I guess what I am asking is, does anyone have any experience with dealing with gd in the delivery room or do feel good hormones take over? I am feeling a bit scared that if I don't give myself time to deal with gd before the birth I might have post natal depression or similar.

Ds2 was born by c-section after a failed vbac and I wish I'd known what to expect as my first reaction was disappointment. Especially as the surgeon was foreign & said girl meaning do you already have a girl? I got so excited then he clarified his comment & said you have another boy. I was crushed. We weren't intending to be team green with him but he gave nothing away at his scan.

This time I'm so glad that I know about ds3 as painful as it is to come to terms with now, I know I'm already excited to meet him! Hoping for a vba2c too so the pressure of gender will be one less thing for me to deal with and allow me to focus on the birth. Good luck with whatever you choose. GD is a b*tch no matter what. X x

Thanks dream, I found out the sex today. It is another girl which makes 3. Thank god I found out at home as immediately broke down in tears. It would have been awful to experience that at the birth. I had tried to prepare myself that it would be another girl but I don't think I really believed it would be.

I have 3 girls and had really bad gd at the scan of our 3rd, I didn't really enjoy the pregnancy after that. But I have to say she is such a little cutie as soon as I had her wow I feel in love and now she is the most loving and playful out of the 3 I wouldn't be without her, I know how had it is 3 girls but wow she'll be worth it.
Can you go again for a 4th?
