Tech says its a GIRL at 20 week ulrasound! Opinions PLEASE?! picture!

hello everyone! I am new on this site and I was wondering if you all could give me you're opinions about my ultrasound I had at 20 weeks last friday! The tech told me right away that "it's a GIRL!" And my fiance and I are so excited about this! The ultrasound picture is like if you were standing above the baby, with the babys knees almost to the chest and spread. The two bumps on each side of the 3 white dots/or lines are the buttbones. I was so excited I forgot to ask if she was really sure if the baby is a girl. Please give me yalls opinions! Most of my friends have told me its a girl, but ive heard that sometimes boys develop slow. We already have the name and everything for this little girl (: Either way I will love this little one with all my heart, I just want to know before everyone starts buying pink and purple !

I'm really pretty sure that I'd a girl! Doesn't look boy and I've got three so I think you are safe to go buy lots of pink.

thank you! (: The only reason i was curious was because of the angle of the ultrasound. Its from an above the baby kinda view! I wish i would have gotten a potty shot haha

Awwwh I REALLYYYY hope so! My soul mate couldn't keep a smile off his face when he heard "its a girlll!" We've have been really wanting a little girl! <3 Then i started looking it up and seeing that techs aren't always right. Haha, it freaked me out, my mom has already started buying all kinds of cute pink and purple things :p

The three lines there are girl. It's usually wrong when the tech says girl based on the absence of boy parts, but here you can see clear girl bits so I think your safe to buy pink!

Haha, thank you(: Have you ever seen an ultrasound picture like this though? Instead of a shot from under the butt, its above the baby where you can just see the buttbones and top of genitals.

There are a few times I've seen gender shot like this and it's not as clear as a potty shot but your pic shows def girl bits don't worry! At my three gender scans with my sons i never even got a gender shot but the tech called it and was right each time.

Haha, thank you for this, it's really eased my mind :p I'm glad you're nice about it. Some people talk to me like I'm stupid for even asking, but hey, I've never had a baby before,& never seen an ultrasound of a girl before this. (:
