Calling all expert ladies at ultrasound guessing.
I had a 21 week scan and found out after a year of swaying that its a girl so i am super thrilled.
Only thing is i got no pic..the sonographer wrote it on a paper for me that its a girl so i could find out later with my husband. I am now worrying and anxious that she somehow could make a mistake. She has 20 years experienxe so am telling myself surely not but still cant help it and cant settle into our good news! what are the chances of a mistake at this stage? Any thoughts welcome

Not likely!!! I do wish I could see a pic tho! :) Not because I doubt that it's true, but just because I want to see how cute she is!

Now you have to pay for an elective scan! That's why I don't like this idea! Bummer she didn't include a picture!

Thanks ladies. I do have pics but none of the tell tale area so no point in posting them as no clues were
given ! I just need to chill - its hard to believe i am soooo lucky to have a girl but most of all i know without this site I wud have another boy...words cant describe how grateful i am!

Where I live they arnt aloud to give gender shots... I think it would be unlikely to be wrong but living in doubts not fun

At that stage I think gender guesses are pretty accurate! Congratulations!

20 years experience...quite sure she was right on target! Mine said she won't even guess if she doesn't see what she needs to see (also 20 years experience, and said she was wrong once...when she was pressured into guessing and ended up being wrong). So I'd say it's a really safe bet. Buy some pink. And schedule another scan so you will believe it :)

Chances are very, very good that she is correct :). Congrats!
