Hi ladies,
This is my first month of starting off my TTC journey - I've been taking Vitex (af-o) and Folic acid everyday.
I also decided to add rephresh starting every third day from CD7. Just to get 'used' to it, I applied only 1/3 per application this time.
anyway, my quesiton is, after applying rephresh, I feel this weird burning sensation down there and then my stomach starts feeling weird and knotts up..Not sure if it's related to rephresh or what it is but thought I'd check to see if anyone else felt anything similar?

Same as bgtorres, I only started using it this month, and used full application but didn't feel anything at all??

I think that's normal because It's used to relieve or help prevent yeast infections. So It's kind of burning away the bad. Sometimes if it comes out it burns too because It's your 'bad stuff'. My medical response.

Not sure about the stomach knotting up...
But just a warning about Rephresh that I found out the hard way...lol...
Rephresh will cause a thick white discharge sometimes...especially when you first start using it.

Yeppp..true!! I'm thinking about charting my temps coz I'm afraid I won't know when I've O'd since these OPKS are so darn slow/inaccurate at times

Wow, that makes a lot of sense. I tried it out the other night, a few hours before dtd, which was cut short because of an awful burning sensation down there...haha, tmi I know. I didn't even think it could be the rephresh until I read this.

If you ever notice anything weird that seems related to the rephresh, then please stop it. (other than discharge which is normal) Anyone can be allergic to anything

It is NOT SUPPOSED to burn or feel bad. If it hurts, drop it, it doens't have good enough results to justify your being miserable.

It hurt me a bit first time but not after that.

I've used it before with no issues. :/ But never that close to dtd, because of the discharge. I guess I will drop it from my sway.
