i have all the symptoms of low testosteron plzz atomic can u tell me about supplements and other things to increase testosteron



i saw a study which is done on cow ....female cow having high testesteron there is somthing surronding

there eggs which attract or make males ... i am not sure about this study if anybody know abt it post them in details


and plzzzzzzzzzz help me raise testosteron

thx for the info ...while i was resherching ingender there was a lady with name summerdrops who used tt for bot hubby and her and she did 3 succesful boy sway.....i really need info on suplements to raise T ....and the time to take them and correct dosage....

L arginine increase T and it is included in fertile cm ....is it good to take fertile cm or l arginine

and how to take them af to o and what is the correct dosage

1 which one?
2 time af to o?
3 dosage?

and any one have any idea on using tt?

Plus fish oil, wheatgrass, vit D and a womens one a day vitamin and you should be onto a strong blue sway:)

I took 3 pills a day(that was the dosage on the bottle) AF-O or a day after O
but I was also doing 3 days of heavy weights and the HE diet

how did u do 3 days of heavy weight ...like u joined a gym or used dumblesweighing like 10 10 kgs each....

I joined a gym but you can do it from home if you get some dumbells and do squats, lunges, shoulder presses, curls, and pushups etc. I joined the gym because I knew my kids would give me the time to exercise at home

Yes they do lilram:) The wheatgrass is a great blue nutrient boost and the EPO helps with your CM:agree:

for how many moths did u join the gym and how long did u do the supp and he diet..like how much time will it take to boost T levels...how long did u do all the T raising stuff

I used to lift household objects, you can use tins or jars for lighter weights and for heavier stuff I would lift the children above my head playing, or would do some lifts using a bagged up camping tent we had lent in the utility room. Push ups, sit ups, planks:) Is doesnt have to be a solid set time but little bits throughout the day all add to your muscle:agree: I do think that the muscle building is a pretty important part of a blue sway.

You would want to do it for at least 6-8 weeks to make sure your body got the right message:)

I do not recommend tribulus or L-arg for swaying blue. I think the best way to go is HE Diet and weight lifting.
