Ive been googling (yes, i know!) omega 3 and how much you should take when pg.
The ones i have are 1000mg fish oils with 300mg omega 3, so 70% are fish fats - which the website i found said can be harmful.
Do i need to get new omega 3 supplements??? Anyone know anything about omega 3 supplements and the fish fats? Should i just stop taking them?
I really cant cope with the idea i might be taking something that can cause me to miscarry again.

Please give me a link so I can comment on what they're talking about. All the blue swayers are taking that much and having good results with it.
Those sound fine to me.

I cant find the actual link now, i googled a lot! But it basically said that the 70% fish oils can contain contaminants, which in a fish oil of 60% omega 3 there was less of?
I think its because its a cheap supermarket one, i feel like i cant stop in case that hurts but i need to stop in case the bad stuff builds up.
Also, i am now worried that if omega 3 is a blood thinner, and thats what ba is for, i mc'd whilst taking ba and i dont know if its a good idea to be taking it?

In order for omega 3 to be absorbed properly you need Omega 6 too.

those are fish oils that are not available in most countries (like cod liver oil) 99.99% of all fish oils sold in the US and Europe are purified and do not contail contaminants.
There are people online who like to post scary stuff in order to sell their preferred products.
I answered your question about the blood thinners in your other post but just for anyone who was concerned, I think that anything you start before conception (in terms of thinning the blood) is perfectly fine. It may be that in very rare instances, if you suddenly start high dose blood thinners WHEN pregnant, that could ~possibly~ contribute to miscarriage (by causing SCH). By starting the blood thinners before conception, your body will increase production of clotting factors and it will only help your overall sway.

Virtually everyone gets plenty of Omega 6 via diet (and EVERYONE on HE should be getting plenty) The problem is people getting too much Omega 6, not too much Omega 3. It is really important to take/eat more Omega 3 than Omega 6 for your health and this is IMPERATIVE for a blue sway because there are several studies that have shown higher intake of Omega 6 than Omega 3 and saturated fats, led to way more girls being conceived.
