View Full Version : What are some of the popular AF-O practices?

AF should be here full force in the morning (started spotting around 9 pm) so I wanted to know what some of the more popular AF-O boy practices are? What do people seem to eat more of or add into their diet? For example I am going to make sure I have a 12oz can of V8 everyday and start my mornings with a green tea with stevia and a grapefruit juice. Also I am going to try to eat at least one egg everyday. Then 5 days before my expected O I am going to start taking Robitussin. I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for me or if you could share what you are planning on doing? Or what you did do and if you feel it helped your sway in any way?

I drank wheatgrass juice every morning mixed with orange juice and a V8 shortly after

I drink 500ml coconut water and two cups of green tea per day. Sometimes I add in fruit/vegetable juice.

You could do a coco water and wheatgrass juice blitz where you drink one a day for 5 days before O. Also the Robi muci at the same time.
