I replied to your other thread...We were planning to sway for 3 months before pregnancy...but I got pregnant after DH only being on LR for 2 weeks. No side effects, however like atomic days 2 weeks was enough time to change his hormone levels. It was the "Natures Way" bran and he took 3 a day.

My DH also took LR 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. He took them 3 times a day. We got pregnant 1st month with 1 attempt. He took them for 2 months before our 1st attempt month. Hope that is helpful. We won't know gender for another 2 weeks.

thanks Soar - post back here in 2 weeks :)
beca- how long was he taking it?
I think it might be ok for men that have high libidos but if they already have a super low one then might make it harder on them-
anyone else?

My husband has been taking it for 2 months (this is our attempt month) and he hasn't had any side affects! He takes 3 a day for 14 days. Hope that helps!

did he have strong libido before he started?
just thinking maybe for men that might already need a lil help then they might suffer more side affects vs the strong healthy men if you catch my drift:)

My hubby is 23, so strong libido yes.
He took it one cycle and noticed a change.
Now on cycle three or four.

Not any worse, no. But he wants it all the time now again so maybe not as effective.
But he developed a little belly and I'm wondering if It's from that.
