I have thoroughly read through the miscarriage guide, but am still puzzled as to why exactly miscarriage might sway pink.
For example, I miscarried on July 16 and my hcg levels have to yet to go down to zero, so I am still waiting to ovulate for the first time. I have actively been on the HE diet for the past few weeks and by the time I finally ovulate, it will probably have been around 6 weeks on the diet. Will this counteract the pink sway (since I haven't been pregnant for a month now) or is it the hcg still in my system that sways pink?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

If you are 6 weeks out then I would not worry about the effects for your blue sway.

We honestly don't know why they seem to sway pink - there are theories about higher prog levels, but I'm not convinced that's really why. I do think a lot of people are in worse condition after a loss and that is probably waht does the swaying.
