how old was babe?
how often were you nursing?
how much/often did you take of vitex?
how long did it take for af to return?
and any other things you can think to add:)

DS3 was 10ish (bit less) months when I took it, I was still nursing on demand and a couple times during the night. I was taking 2 or 3 -- 400mg pills a day. Every day. I ovulated within a month, an got pregnant with my DD.

you said everyday? so you took whole month- did you stop taking once af came?
I was wondering when to take since we don't have af and it says take af-o

This was with DD1 and I didn't write up a sway. Ithink I stopped it when I ovulated.

9 months old

Nursed constantly.

I took V for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off in the same dates as what my previous AF/O cycle was. According to some stuff I've read, your cycle will tend to come back the same time of month that it was before you conceived. This worked perfectly and my boys were born on the 22nd and 21st of the month (and my previous two were both on the 9th of the month, without vitex) so my cycles tend to come back about the same time of the month.

2 months and caught first egg without ever having AF, so really it was more like 6 weeks.

With my DD, I was using the vitex for other reasons (swaying and a really low sex drive) and not to bring back ovulation. I took it just the same, was tandem nursing both boys and they were older than when I took it the first time.

Look at what your cycles were before you got pregnant and use those days (see my experience above) because that is when your cycle will tend to resume.

Atomic I'm blown away. I was just sitting here yesterday thinking "why am I always due at the end of the month?" My due dates have been
25
30
23
20
27.

Even my m/c was the 22. I'm shocked.

The weirdest thing is that even with DD, she came on the 14th but the boys were 5 days late, she was only 2 days late, and I also Oed 3 days early with her - so she would have been spot on with the 21-22nd boys.

My first crew (the two born on the 9th) and my second crew (the two boys born on the 21st and 22nd) and then Suzy were separated by over 13 years so my cycle had prob. just changed between those ones.

My 21st boy was born at 11:38 pm and they made me do Pitocin to speed it up - if he'd come when he wanted to he would have been on the 22nd!!

This has held true for A LOT of people I've talked to. The ones who don't believe in it, upon further questioning it turns out they were induced, etc. Obiously it's not going to be true for everyone but i do think there is a strong trend that way.
