Hi all,

My DH has bought:
L Arginine 500Mg (50 tablets in bottle) x 2 bottles
Zinc 15 Mg
Vitamin D3 25Mg

Has started taking these as of today. The man at the shop said I should take 4 L Arginine tabs daily 2 in morning on empty tummy and 2 in the evening and said there are no side effects. DJ has cut down drastically on his formerly excessive cardoon workouts and has instead doing weight training for half an hour most days. Is there anything he can take or do to increase t levels and sperm count?

I'm not taking any supplements but have started weight training and run on average 30mins everyone day.
I'm ttc in late November. We eat red meat twice a week, bananas daily, lots of fruit and increase salt in take.

Any feedback most welcome. Thank you

Will you be taking the l'arg yourself or was that a typo?:) I dont know much about dh supps but would you be happy adding a few in for yourself? namely a fish oil, wheatgrass and a quality womens one a day:agree: Maybe in Oct you could drop the running to maybe 3 times a week just to make sure your body gets the right signals:)

Wow I personally don't recommend that much l-arg. I would have him take ONE of those.
