Artifical sweetener

Is splenda and the like similar to aspertame in the artifical sweetener area?
Im thinking how i drink a bottle of soda ****** soda a day and it has splenda in it.
what about stevia and truvia?

I believe stevia and truvia sway blue a little. I think splenda sways pink but can't remember. Aspartame does sway pink for sure but be careful not to consume too much of the stuff.

If you had one soda with splenda or even stevia in it, that is not going to ruin your sway.

I drank lots of diet coke and crystal light for my successful sway. I never used to touch the stuff before I went on the LE diet.

Stevia is not at all like Aspartame. I'd stick to that.
I cannot wait to give up Diet Pepsi.
