Former IG gal, now so confused with info over load

I found IG after I lost my dd 8 years ago, but could never do a good sway bc diet, lime ect was to over whelming. Here I am 8 yrs later and 5 boys. I have older girls and only difference I can see in life ( except age and stress) is amount of DTD we do. I am eating about 1200 cal/ day and walking 6 km every other day, going to try rephresh every 3rd day and bd often instead of try to time it 0+12 ect. DH is 41 so if read correctly then that is what we should do. Again diet is what scares me. What are the main differences from IG?

Hoping to finally hear pink again in our lives. If we can get a little girl she will have tons of big brothers to watch over her!

welcome! on this site we believe diet is possibly the most influential thing you can do to sway, followed by lowering sperm count (often done through frequency). I think the LE diet is one of the easier ones to stick to, I still found it tough because it was so different to my normal diet, but just thought of it as being for a couple of months in order to get a lifetime with a DD so not long in the scheme of things and that made it more bearable. It's more flexible than the other diets, so you can more easily adapt it to work for you as most things are allowed in moderation provided you stick within calorie/fat/protein/sodium limits.

We have been having best results iwth one attempt at pos OPK so I would have you give that a try before BD often.
