Help Ladies - When to DTD to favour girl

Hi Ladies,

Would love your help if I can please :)

I am on day 13, last month got Positive OPK on day 14.

Need to know what is the best sway for husband and I

We have ions, gels, supplements all done just wanting everyones advice on when to DTD - what is best for girl sway?

Should we DTD once on ovulation day? or start tomorrow and keep going daily?
Does my husband need to frequent release (twice daily) to lower sperm count or is it too late to do that?
Obstain is not something am willing to try as hubby over 40.

We have DTD Sunday (protected)

Also is there anything you can take diet wise before hand to lean towards girl

Lil Luna is right, one attempt at pos opk is best. Don't have DH abstain especially over 40. As far as diet, have you been doing the LE diet? Most of us on here ttc a girl have been on it at least 6wks +

The frequency thing is different for everyone, some of the ladies need to get pg as soon as possible and so it makes each person have to do different things. If you lower sperm count too much, less chance to get pg. for example, atomic suggested for us to release every 2-4 days with one attempt and no jellies.

I thought that the timing thing was debunked? Atomic?? Aaaa, panicking. We DTD 36 hours after an ovulation medication was taken... So right on O. I am just so nervous at the thought of my faint line on the pregnancy test possibly being "a real BFP"...

I would recommend one attempt as that gets best odds of conception. And DTD at pos OPK (day before ovulation) is best odds of conception with one attempt.
