DTD 2/3 TIMES ON OVULATION DAY

Hi Ladies,

What would favour girl sway?

Hubby and I haven't DTD since Sunday but haven't abstained as he is over 40

If we DTD on ovulation day 2/3 times and use protection for first time (possibly second) and TTC on 2nd/3rd go would that be best for TTC girl?

I uses third batch the other day. My hubby is 23. By third match not much was left. But should be good for a girl!

or 2nd batch and a j&d unless your hubs is good to go w/ 3 in 1 day:)

yes that would work, that method is called compressed frequent release (CFR) and we have a study which shows it does significantly lower sperm count if the attempt is within 6hrs of the previous release

I realize I already missed this question, I think it would be best for you guys to just have one attempt and stick with that. One attempt seems to sway pink all on its own regardless of frequency, and doing that kind of frequency is very unlikely to yield a conception. Most 40 year old guys are not going to be able to do that level of performing anyway.

We did no break in between though.

If someone DTD with protection for the first 1-2 attempt (or external release and dump it), they can wait as long as they need to. The only people who need to DTD again without a break in between are those going for more than one attempt INSIDE in succession.

So - 1-2 dumps outside (or DTD with protection) you can wait as long as need be

but 1-2-3 actual attempts inside, try to get them within 6 hours apart, more like 1-3 is better

The point of all this is to reduce the number of sperm onhand so try to think of it that way.
