Feeling a bit down and fancied sharing. I've purchased a sway plan as I have pcos and was a bit confused by what to do for the best glad I did it as it was really useful and I was feeling really confident about my sway.

I'm a couple of days away from O and starting to feel really anxious like I haven't done enough or that it doesn't matter what I do I will get boy regardless because of my pcos which I can't take away.

I feel like by having to do a more healthier option of the LE diet I'm increasing my chance of blue but then if I stick to a traditional LE I'm making my pcos worse and increasing my chance of blue - feels like I can't win either way!!!

Most people I know or have heard of with pcos tend to have boys unless they were on clomid.

If anyone has or knows of any successful pcos sways that may help to cheer me up?? :worry:

Thanks for listening xxx

I have PCOS, and am having my 4th boy. My first was a Clomid boy (the other 3 have been natural). BUT, almost all the other women I know personally that have PCOS have at least one girl! So, you are not doomed to failure. Good luck!

I didn't use clomid for my girls they were no sway, in fact in the beginning I had it so bad that they told me I would never be able to have children.

I know many people with PCOS and while they do have majority boys over girls, most do have a girl in there somewhere!!!

When it comes to the diet and PCOS, your body doesn't work quite the same way and your odds of pink will go UP on the healthier version of LE Diet. Your T levels would shoot thru the roof if you tried to do the Crash and Burn LE and you'd be more likely to get a boy, not less likely. :)

my friend with PCOS has GB with no meds (was just being referred for clomid when she got a BFP with her DD)
the last thing you want to do is make insulin resistance worse, and as long as you're losing weight that will reduce the effects of PCOS
