I know soy isn't recommended for a blue sway for me, but is it okay if DH is drinking a protein powder twice a day that has soy in it?
Also, how important are eggs for a blue sway? I know there are no magic foods, but I keep seeing eggs mentioned as a staple, but I really don't eat them very often.

It may be even worse for DH than it is for you because the potential for higher estrogen can really mess with his sperm numbers. No one is really sure how the soy acts - in some ways it mimicks estrogen, and if it's in the way that would wreck a blue sway that's not good.
If you don't like eggs, that's fine. I like them because they're a good and affordable high protein, low cal breakfast food (most breakfast meats are very little protein for high cals and high chemical content, plus very expensive) and the cholesterol in them is raw materials for your body to use to make testosterone and estrogen from.

Thank you!
Now that I have told DH this, he wants to know if it can have soy lecithin, but just not soy protein. I said I thought nothing with the word soy in it, but...

if it's the tiny amount used in foods, then that's not a problem. I would not use it as a supplement though, it may lower cholesterol and testosterone when you get in in high doses.
