Hi I am new to GD but a former IGer so I have lots of q's!

I have spent the last two days combing though all the information I can read on here! Even at work (naughty me)!!

A little background of myself...
I have two beautiful boys... I tried to sway girl with ds2 on IG but I was told I was not ovulating and abandoned my sway and low and behold that's when I got preggo!

I have endometriosis and PCOS... I had two c-sections and a tubal ligation when I had ds2... I am having a d&c on September 13th for the endometriosis and a tubal reversal!! Hooray!! Well I am really nervous about TTC Again because I truly thought i was done but a part of me would love a girl and DH really really wants a baby girl so I figured I will give it 110% and will not abandon it this time....

I have chronic/genetic arthritis and I often use a heating pad for back aches etc. Do heating pads sway? Does arthritis meds? (Yes, I will be getting off of them soon because I doubt I can take them while TTC) :)

I am still researching and reading all of the diet information (I started the LE diet today) and am wondering if DH needs to be on the diet as well or take supps?!?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks...

I have Arthritis too and pretty sure fibromyalgia, I have two boys.

I've had two c sections also due to stroke risk with my high BP. This time I'm doing a vba2c though. Maybe my bad health hood sway? ;)

One good thing about a tubal is It's hard to conceive after so maybe you can get a prescription for Clomid.

I would recommend purchasing a personalised sway plan.

Us PCOS ladies need to do a slightly tweaked version of the LE diet.

Don't think your hubby should do the diet to lose weight but if he was willing to go veggie for a while that would help - I think recommended supplements for him would be cranberry.

Thanks Mrs Incredible! Me too! Another journey together! Lets hope we both have success this time :) !
Oh and I did purchase a personalized plan mainly because of the PCOS! I am giving swaying 110% this time!

Hi! I'm working on your plan now but just wanted to hit the high points here:

1)Heating pads are fine, don't even worry about them. IG claims there is some sway effect but we don't believe in that kind of stuff around here. I would not have you use a heating pad on your lower abdomen when you could be pg, the heat may be harmful for a baby.

2)Painkillers do tend to sway pink but are no guarantee and it's best to avoid anythign that may be harmful in pg. That having been said some people do take low-dose aspirin for their sway, and I don't want you to be miserable either.

3)I will be posting an alternate diet along with your sway plan, for you with your PCOS - it will be better for you than the "crash and burn" type of LE Diet but it's still LE Diet and still sways pink.

4)Is there any way you can get Clomid?? We've been having good results with that.

Hi Atomic! Thanks for that! I can't wait to get the plan! DH is super excited too! When u was trying for DS2 I was not ovulating and supposed to start Clomid on cd3 but got my bfp... My dr has already said that I am not ovulating so it is very possible that he would give me clomid! I'm praying that he does lol!

Clomid would be great if we can make that happen. I will operate under the assumption that you don't have it, then I will make changes to your plan if you do get it.
