I found I love running, and gave it up and went couch potato when we were TTC #3, well I got another boy. We will be trying one last time for our daughter and I want to be a full out hardcore runner while ttc. Something I just don't want to give up this time. So I am curious were any of you big runners when you conceived your DD. I will just be doing strictly running, carido, no weights along with the diet of course.

I took up running after the birth of my second son, and would consider myself a runner in the way that I enjoy a good 10k, running 5 days a week with varied mileage. I decided that I was going to do the intense cardio option of running 60 mins (5-6 miles) 6 days a week. This was in direct contrast to when I ttc'ed my boys...I loved my couch and calories.
I do know that some of the great sways that involved exercise still resulted in opposites...and for 4 weeks, I was given that same news by a early private 18 weeks scan of boy...then girl from the 19, 21, 23 scans.
Go and enjoy your running again once you welcome your third sweet son!!!! It was good for me mentally to be as active and running!!!

I was doing extra weight training when I was swaying for a boy, so I say keep running!
With my first two girls, I was running, cycling everything!!

I'm a marathon runner... Hardcore training and conceived all 3 boys during that time. I stopped exercising all together with this one and got my girl. It's so hard to know what the reason is we can drive ourselves mad trying to decide what sways Boy or girl. In my body and my experience dropping the exercise may have helped!
