Hi everyone

I thought I would ask here and see if anyone can give me some advice. I have been exercising 30 mins/day aerobics/zumba 1 day and then started tae bo yesterday but was doing some weights (well with water bottles) before that. I was thinking of taebo/strengths one day and then Zumba/aerobics one day.

I am new to the world of exercise. Especially strength exercises. How will I know if I am building muscle? Like should I be sore? Because I am not so I am worried.

Also does DH need to exercise- bc that may be a problem. He does IT work and is lifting computers all day- don't know if that would count?

Any wise women out there who can provide some input??

You will see it. :) There's no way that you won't be building muscle, if you're doing some musclebuilding exercise and eating an HE Diet - your body knows how to do it!!!
