SIL's 21 3d scan. Told boy at 16 weeks now girl?

My SIL had an ultrasound at 16 weeks were baby was all boy. Now at 21 weeks she's being told that baby's all girl. This is a potty shot. Please help is this really a girl?

3/4D should not be used to confirm gender. Need a 2D shot. Can't see in this!

Was she given 2d pics at either scan? If so, can you post them?

No actually she was only given the 3d scan pics. The tech was pretty confident and showed her the labia and clitoris but she's still in doubt as her tech was pretty confident it was 100% boy in the 18 weeks ultrasound.
