So I o'd on CD 13 in May, CD12 in june, CD13 in july, CD12 this month...so should I use my repHresh on CD12 (morning for BD that night) in September?

I agree with CD 11 - It's time to pull the trigger and get BFP so even if you do O on CD 13 it's a great day to use the RepH.
