I'm not sure where to post this and have a bunch of questions so please point me in the right direction if these have already been discussed. :) My youngest of 4 boys is 5 months old so I'm not quite ready to conceive yet but I would like to have a game plan. I'm not charting right now because I took the depo shot about 2 months ago. It turned me into a raving lunatic and I wont be taking it again. I'm wondering if anyone else took it (or other birth control methods) and how long it took to conceive or have a regular cycle afterward? I'm also wondering how long I should chart and try the LE diet before trying to conceive? I'm breastfeeding and was planning on breastfeeding as long as I could (about 15-18 months) and can you do the LE diet while breastfeeding? Does breastfeeding sway? I'm really confused as to what other tactics there are other than the diets and timing that can help sway for a girl? My last child I thought I tried swaying (douched and had sex 3 and 4 days before O) but still got a boy. I'm really interested in any help you ladies can give me!

Don't worry about charting unless you want to for other reasons, i think it can make people get all "control-freaky" which can be bad for a pink sway. Doesn't benefit your sway anyway because timing (as you know!) does not sway and most of us have 2-3-4 timing opposites to prove it.
You can do the LE Diet while BF, you will want to up cal intake to the max, eat the higher limit of fat, and may want to increase protein from 40-50 to 50-60. I would consider adding in a separate DHA and Vit. D drop for your little one, esp. if you include the fiber.
Diet for at least 6 weeks before TTC, we've seen better results with longer on diet, but the odds are you won't get pg the first month TTC anyway and that way you won't waste away to nothing.
I think breastfeeding sways pink, but it's no magic bullet (example - I got one boy and one girl while breastfeeding, but 3 boys without it!)
I strongly advise sticking with one attempt at pos opk (timing does not sway, but one attempt seems to, and pos OPK is best odds of conception with one attempt) and exercise for your sway, 60 minutes 6-7 days a week if at all possible.
