Vitex question

Another question ya'll

My cycles are faily reg ranging from 29 to 31 days. I took vitex from cd1 to cd12 last month; I am now few days past due for my periods but nothing so far except the cramps I have been feeling on and off.

I am actually nervous - is this normal?

I'm no expert (by any stretch of the imagination!) but I believe Vitex very possibly could throw your cycle off. From what I've read, that's actually a GOOD thing for swaying pink. I know personally it changed my cycles, but it made AF come sooner for me. Good luck!!

Was your ovulation delayed? Did you test for ovulation? Could you be pg?

I did not test for Ovulation since my test kit arrived super late in the month. I did have plenty of ewcm few days after stopping vitex though.

We've only had sex once in this entire month since hubby's been away and he pulled out (TMI) so I'm so hoping that I'm not - I'm getting O like pains on my left side and have been crampy on and off for a few days..not sure what to do :(

If I do get lucky enough to get periods soon, should I continue to take Vitex or not even bother with it? I stopped baby aspirin due to bruising so the only supps I'm on currently is folic acid

ovulation was delayed. i would take opk if you are gertting symptoms
