My hubby is so so supportive and is behind this 100%, whatever make me happy he said 'just tell me what to do' bless him.

He has put doubts in my mind though by just asking me these questions which I don't know the answer to!

His colleague runs marathons is super fit and had a boy. Fergie (black eye'd peas) had a boy, Kate Middleton had a boy...I could go on. Now everywhere I go I seemed to see obvious overweight people with little girls and thin people with boys. I know this is not everything but there is no way Kate Middleton pigs out!!!

I am onto the 3rd day of my sway and am doing very well, I have exercised everyday so far too and have put off ttc until next cycle (on recommendation for 6) even though we are ready to start in 3 weeks. BUT I just keep getting these doubts of why all these people I hear about or see have the opposite sex to what this sway stuff says they should.

Thanks xx

I was thinking about that too in regd. to Kate middleton - but then realized that like any 'fit' person who's super into health, she probably has a very very veryyy healthy diet high in protein and she probably eats every few hours like advised by nutritionists.

OH and in regards to fergie, I had read an article a while ago about her diet and workout routine. I had read a diff one but this one is a similar.

And like I said at the time, there is no "win" like snatching the worlds' most eligible bachelor to raise your T levels really super high.

I know most people are not going to click the links I posted but there are full explanations within them. :)
