UPDATED with gender post on page 3!

-----
Had our 12w5d ultrasound today. Baby is thankfully healthy and measuring 12w3d.

Any guesses based on nub or skull theory? Thanks, mamas!

and this last one (the tech gave to my older son) I just noticed has a boyish nub, but not sure if I am seeing the cord lining up just so to make it seem like a boy nub, or if it really is looking blue.

Thank you! The tech said she thought she could tell the sex. The next 8 weeks are going to be a tough wait...

Can anyone else have a go?

The nub does look pink but for some reason I get a boy feeling. Hope you get what you want!

Thanks! I'm surprised nobody thinks the bottom nub looks boyish.

I agree, girly. I think the dots above the nub in the last pic aren't part of it. GL!

Do you guys feel confident enough about girl that I can buy a few things at our upcoming community consignment sale? I will of course wait to buy most things until the anatomy scan but I wonder what the likelihood is that it is a girl and that I can take advantage of the serious deals they will have. I will be volunteering so we get to shop early. :) Hmm...would you go ahead and pick up a few things if you had this nub shot? Or hold off on anything girly?

Leaning pink, although at 12w3d it does have time to rise. Last picture looks like part of the leg to me. Xx

Personally I wouldn't buy off a nub shot. Get confirmation first. Nubs can be pretty accurate but I wouldn't say I would ever feel confident enough to buy off that alone.

I don't think I'd buy pink from it yet. I had a very clear girl nub last time so I allowed myself to buy one thing ( a blanket) but I saved the receipt. Baby did end up being a girl but I think it would've been hard if it had been a boy. I'd wait.

Thanks for the advice. I was just thinking the small cost, but I didn't think about how I'd feel if baby is a boy and I have to re-consign or give away the items. I have a strong intuition about girl, I've been super sick this time for a complete change, and my betas were really high. Plus a psychic told me it is for sure a girl. haha so I think it will be, but I can't be sure until our anatomy scan. :)

My pic too looks girly, I had many many psychics tell me I was having a girl. I even saw her before we tried again, I too am a developing psychic, and the last u/s the tech said boy..... go figure. There is still time for baby to change as last scan was just under 17 weeks but I am not holding much to that. You still have a 50-50 chance!! GL

We had a private gender scan today at 15+3 (this was the only day hubby could go, and I wanted him to be there with me) and baby was in perfect position to see, so they said without a doubt...

we are going to have a daughter! Of course, I still have reservations...could there be boy bits hidden somewhere because it was a bit early? The tech said no way. lol it is hard for me to believe I could be carrying a girl!

Thanks, GD and to all who helped guess! We are thrilled and my sons are so excited to have a little sister. :)

Not sure if my sway is worth posting because it was not a great sway (we had been trying for 5-6 months and I definitely got lazy the last couple months) but here it is for those who are interested:

For my gentle sway, I basically didn't eat breakfast for that month, ate very little meat for a few months, low-ish sodium, drank a lot of CL and DH did too, lots of carbs, folic acid, calcium, and cranberry supps, took Vitex AF-O, and tried to lower my testosterone as much as possible by staying stress-free and avoiding food sources of testosterone.
I had also just finished nursing and had lower T than with my boys, I'm SURE of it and I think that was key for me. Was also sleep-deprived and generally felt less healthy than I did when I conceived the boys.

The things that were against me: I had just finished a course of antibiotics from a UTI, I did have a big O (accidental) and I O'd on or the day before that big super moon, so that was a false theory for me. Biorhythms said boy. I did do a lot to counteract ions though, just in case. Also used rephresh to keep ph low during the first two attempts. We made 3 attempts before O, stopped day of O, and did O+18. Lots of praying!!!!! Good luck to everyone for healthy babies!

Thanks for the reassurance, ladies! DH thinks I'm crazy for doubting the tech but I guess I'm in shock that I'm growing a girl! ha
