Which milk is the best for TTC girl? Has anyone phoned up to ask about the potassium values?

I'm just buying tesco skimmed milk, I haven't phoned as I'm not overdoing it on milk anyway, I'm only having 1 glass a day. Sorry I couln't be more help, good luck!

ALL dairy has quite a lot of potassium unfortunately. Let us know if you guys find a good brand!

Skim is def. better than full fat.

I tried the Rice milk you suggested Atomic - only in tea so far, but I really like it because there's far less taste to it than there is to cow's milk. It does make for a funny coloured cup of tea though!!

I absolutely LOVE rice milk and I actually much prefer it to cow's milk.
