We're running late on starting our new thread again ladies lol! So here it is:) A place for all current, past and future swayers to support each other and share any info we have learned along the way! New ladies please feel free to ask as many questions as you may have and someone will be along to help asap ok:bigsmile:

Some great starting threads:)

Firstly her arethe links to the current sways and sway results of this year, its a great idea to have a look at the results and then havea quick read through each sway individually to help you get yoursway plan together:)

Then when you are getting a rough idea together of which way you want to go maybe read through the old chat threads to see if they contain any tips or answers to any immediate questions! They're not too long I promise you;)

I've copied this off of the June thread, but its a basic idea again for new ladies of what the blue plan is :agree::)

For any new ladies basically we are trying to improve nutrition and body condition in order to tell our bodies we are top of the food chain and need to be bareing sons! So the main daily recomendations are a good womens one a day so all our essential vitamins are up to date:agree:, a good fish oil to cover the omegas mainly 3s and a top tip is to also have a wheatgrass type supplement to give your body a nice nutritional kick! Oh! and if you can add a Vit D aswell then all the better, the body needs this to help store and convert the nutrients!!

Some weight training exercises a few times a week will again increase testosterone and body condition, this doesnt have to be manic and every little helps!
**And just adding to this bit as I'm really feeling that the exercise may be playing a bigger role. When your doing the exercise your body is storing all the extra goodness your putting into it instead of just as fat but as useful stuff for your boy making future. Remember we are trying to gain condition not weight, but the weight may well come with it, remember muscle is heavier than fat!!

Again pinched from the June thread lol!! And corrected spelling a bit lol:oops:

For me I just went with at home weight training, I dont have any weights around the house so instead opted for toddlers! I would once or twice a day pick up one of the LOs and lift them above my head then squat repetition about 10-15 times increasing as I felt stronger. Best thing about this is that after a while your weights, come to you!!! and say lift me! lol, so you cant forget
Plus, when walking the kids to school I would lift the back wheels of the pushchair off the ground, the front wheels would try and do their own thing so would create extra resistance training and it just weighed a ton in itself!
In the evening if watching tv in bed just lift a leg an inch up, feel the burn!!, and if dh pops out of the room set yourself to hold both legs up an inch or two for as long as hes gone, flippin hard!

So you don't need to join a gym or buy any noticable if your swaying slyly;) or expensive gear, just find a medium well balanced object around the house and do some lifts and squats whenever your passing it! It all makes a difference:)

So even without any equipment you can beef up nicely and without anyone else noticing what your doing!

Hi ladies. Thanks ELP for all the helpful info. I am so nervous and excited about ttc. I have heard a lot about different parts of the year more boys are conceived and such. Just wondering if anyone has heard that. I am waiting until November because it will be colder. Does that matter at all. Here is my thinking I know with boys you want a high sperm count. Well my husband works outside in the heat. So I figured that may lower sperm count. During the winter possibly higher sperm count. Yet during both of our dds he had a different job working indoors. So not sure if that matters at all. What do you all think?

I have heard that more boys are conceived during the colder months, there is a thread on here somewhere. Obviously there are boys conceived in the warm months though. I think that if your husband does work outside in the heat it may be better for the two of you in the colder months because heat is suppose to decrease sperm count.

Calberts, the cooler months could well help its good thinking! But having a good solid sway behind you is the best background. The little extras like timing, position and moon sign are to help us more mentally in the tww with our obsessing lol, so get a solid background right and season or temperature should be minimul by then:)

ok Ladies I done my test this morning & sorry to report there was only one line, So that doesn't look good at all & I was sure it was all done  trying so hard to stay positive & eat right , I really didn't think swaying would be so hard, I am a cardio girl & I am really missing it, I am doing a bit but no where near what I was doing before so that is now getting hard , I guess I was thinking it would just work for me straight up like it has before with my other babies
 but clearly not the case .

How many dpo are you 5BG??? It is definitely frustrating when as blue swayers we are actually improving our fertility but the results each month seem to be showing the opposite:( Hopefully you just have a little hider on your hand;)

Ok update, I am cd1 today:sad: & feeling Like I just want to give up , but last attempt I used pre-seed & bsf so thinking next attempt maybe just pre-seed , I find it really hard to just go into my attempt with just diet & as many bd attempt as we can fit in, keep thinking it's not enough, scared out of my mind to have another beautiful baby girl, that sounds so bad to say out aloud.
I just feel that dreams come true for other people but not for me, feeling really down today:sad:

You know when they do that weird newborn crazy had thing lol! A little snuggly warm babygrow! I'm talking you round already aren't I:) Hope you feel better soon xxx

Oops I posted this in the August thread lol.....

CONGRATS Sunny!!!! I have 4 biological girls as well..DH has 2 girls 2 boys...Well ladies I got my first + OPK today (for this cycle) I usually get 2 for my surge. Iv'e got a question if you get your surge does that mean your egg is only available as long as you have the + opk showing your LH surge is present? We BD with my last baby girl when I got my 2nd LH surge I think it was before the egg was there or right as it came..I am aiming for the last moments of the eggs life..Hopefully someone can help me with this, I feel it's important.. Thank you ladies!!

Oh the Doctors appointment went well for the PGD/IVF it's going to cost a bit so I'm hoping to donate some of my eggs to help pay..Think we'll give it until November and if I'm not a match that route must not be meant to be, until then we will keep trying if the "feeling" is right..yup giving it to God..LOL..DH has a good feeling about it, I told him it's just God saying I'll give you what you're supposed to have, but for me that won't work..I'm thinking maybe just a little aid in this as so I can have my #1 dream my little baby Lee
I hope everyone is well!!!! xoxox

I can totally relate! DH says this must be the last attempt so I'm freaking out and as for diet I don't know wich one I should do, I've read about a few and they all contradict each other.

I'm glad you're being positive and that I believe is key!

I dont think so, i ovulated the day after it went negative the time i used them.

I think if you bd loads once the line gets dark enough and for a few days after that improves your chances of a boy

I don't see anyone mentioning the Maternit21 test that tells you gender at 10 weeks. Do you all know that this test exists at most hospitals. Mine was even covered by insurance because I'm over 35. it's a blood test that was originally designed to detect the 3 trisomies and replace the CSV in some cases. It's available to anyone.

I don't know for sure, but I got a +OPK, waited 72 hours, and wound up with a BFP this month. How does that happen? I'm second guessing myself, like maybe the second line wasn't really quite as dark as the first and it wasn't a true positive. But the line went lighter after that and disappeared, so I figured that was my positive and I was in the clear (since we weren't attempting this month).

Hi Ladies , called in to give my update I am now back in my two weeks wait, this was my third & last attempt, I was doing so well at the diet before but as time passes it's just so hard eating when I don't want to & I don't want to jeopardise my sway if I can't keep up the diet because it's the most important part, so time will tell if I am or not, I am really expecting AF to visit & I am Ok with that.
ELP , Just wanted to wish you all the very best with the birth of your little man hope it's quick for you:happy: what is your due date????

Just popping in to say hi and Congrats to all the recent BFPs. And best of luck to ELP and Lola.

I love the name Albert ELP and will be stalking more regular for updates on his arrival.

My little man is 3 months old now and has 2new achievements to make his mummy smile. 1st is sleeping through the night for the past week and a half and the other is laughing which he did for the first time last night. So I got nothing done today other than making him laugh today :)

Five I hope you are hanging in there you sound like your feeling a little "put out" like myself. My problem with the diet is that with all my girls I ate pretty good, lots of dairy and this diet says that so what should I do? I didn’t get a boy before. Very confused here. I have found something very interesting, a site that claims you have a "boy and girl cycle" they guarantee double your money back if they are wrong, anyone familiar with this? Here is the website; :: Welcome to Urobiologics LLC :: (http://www.urobiologics.com/our_hypothesis.html) (well they don't double your money back anymore but they said they will refund you lol.
Well I'm waiting for the O but I don't think we will be trying this month.. We are thinking that if this is correct this month would be my "girl cycle"

Oh and another thing, is the supplement Biotin (helps with hair and nail growth) safe for boy sway? Thanks ladies.

Sorry, don't know about Biotin.

As for "Girl/Boy" cycles, be careful. I paid a lot of money to A-gender for Girl/Boy dates. They claimed to have a very high success rate but they stopped responding to my emails and closed up shop when I started TTC last fall. After asking around here on Gender Dreaming, I am not sure they are what they said they were. While their forums had a lot of people with 'success' those things are easily manipulated.

As for the diet, do you understand the mentality behind it? One of my favorite essays is "eating smarter, not harder for blue". Pearl did a vegetarian sway and got a boy. The big thing isn't so much dairy/ eggs as much as it is steady blood sugar and high nutrients.

One swayer from Utah (can't remember her name) said she analyzed her eating & exercise habits as well as her cm and DTD pattern when she conceived her 3 girls and then made big changes from that and got a boy. IMO, I would put a lot more time and energy into those types of changes as opposed to specific cycles. Their are theories about the moon patterns and swaying but no scientific proof.

While their are always exceptions, I see lots of proof for the improving maternal condition=boys and declining maternal condition=girls theory.

A personalized plan from Atomic is a great deal, lots of personal advice and attention.

Good luck, this has been a long journey for me, hopefully someday it will result in a baby boy!!!
