Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I pretty much gave up all meat and processed meat. I ate 1200 calories per day and stuck to the limits of fat, protein and sodium pretty much

12 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No

Dh didn't change his diet at all
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
I don't drink coffee, hate it but love tea. I tried to limit to one or two a day

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I weighed 125 lbs at ovulation
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I started out at 139lbs when I started the LE diet so lost 14 lbs
I started out doing the intense exercise. I gave up and became a couch potato though as I simply couldn't stick to it and was afraid I would end up swaying blue if I only managed to get out 3 or 4 days.

I put down 2 attempts because the first one was one attempt at pos opk. The second attempt was 24 hours after ov. We just got carried away. I think that I had ov'd by then so think the first attempt did it

Dh released every second day from cd1. I don't think this is classed as frequent release so put other.
I stayed lying down for 5 mins before getting up and wiping away excess.

I painted my nails a few times the week of ovulation. I took hot shower before attempt and dh took hot bath

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The fact I was on the diet for 12 weeks. I did have cheats but think over all I did well.
The fact that I cut out snacking and wasn't grazing all day like I did on the boys. I also skipped breakfast every day which was another change!
Dh does alot of cycling now which he didn't do when we conceived our boys.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I found it so hard to stick to LE in 2ww. I had chicken on ov day which I was annoyed with myself for but hoping the overall 12 weeks will stand to me.
That I couldn't stick to intense exercise.
Also I would just be nervous in general that my body is just so stuck on making boys.
Things worth mentioning:
I tested at 8dpo ( I know, very early) and got a faint bfp. I tested again at 10dpo and got a darker line so please god all goes well for our bean.
I feel I did the best I could and pray we get our baby girl. It's done now though so please god we have a healthy little bean and to hear pink would be the icing on the cake.
If I hear blue I know it will be a case of oh well I gave it a go and did my best and then welcome him into our family as no matter what I won't be able to change it.
