I'm sure this question has probably been asked before. I'm generally a reasonably active person, however due to some events well out of my control over the past few months I let my exercise slide. I was swimming 4-5 times a week minimum and also going for walks/runs and doing zumba or pilates. Anyhow.. I've had a couple of months of very little exercise and now that things have quietened down again I have the time to fit the exercise in.. Sooo, if I were to start on my exercise again, would this impact my sway for pink terribly?

I would def def include exercise in your sway. I looked into the data more deeply and those who confirm that they exercised the recommended 6 days a week for about 45-60 minimum had all girls! 14 in total, so not really big numbers but you would expect at least some blue, right?

Woohoo! Thank you, thank you! Is that on the spreadsheet if you don't mind me asking?
Is there any suggestion of what type of exercise people did, ie cardio or toning exercises or weights or combinations?

Yes, it is on the spreadsheet, but the spreadsheet says yes or no for exercise. I looked up all the sways with 'yes' for exercise and it seemed to me that not everyone was doing the the 6-days-60-min exercise. And the spreadsheet is not recently updated if i'm right.
Those who did exercise, all got a girl, albeit that i have my doubt about a recent sway (but then, there will be just one opposite).
All the exercise was cardio, not weightlifting. So go running or cycling! Wishing you lots of success, because it is not easy...

I know at least one exercise opposite was also not doing LE Diet but doing IG instead so you have to take diet into consideration. If you're good on diet and have been on it for awhile, then even mod. exercise seems to sway pink. If you're not good on diet or have just started swaying after eating a really blue friendly diet that saved up a lot of nutrients, you may need to err on the side of doing exercise longer before TTC.
