Hi ladies,

I am 1dpo and was wondering what aspects of your sway you stick to while in the 2ww. I'm thinking of sticking to no breakfast, no snacking and same LE diet rules. Will cut out aspartame and Vitex. What are you doing in terms of exercise? I was doing cardio 3 - 4 times a week for an hour. I know this wasn't ideal but I did absolutely nothing with my 2 boys. So should I continue with that or drop it until POAS time? And then also no caffeine or alcohol which I included in my sway. How many mg's of folic acid should I be on? And do I continue with the baby aspirin?

Thanks so much!

When I was in my 2ww I pretty much stayed with my sway minus the Vitex. I did drink some red wine, but that was more for implantation rather than because I wanted to cheat.
I never did exercise. I have heard a lot of girls dropping it during the 2ww because of implantation or something (I'm sure someone else will know more). I stayed with 1600mcg of folic acid and took baby aspirin every three days or so.
Good luck! :)

keep doing diet, no snacking

continue exercise

vitex needs to go at pos OPK or 1-2 days before

no antihistamine

continue aspirin till BFP then gradually wean off

high dose folic continue thru entire first trimester of pregnancy and then gradually wean off.

if you are already doing low dose aspirin or cranberry, there is no need for anything else to aid implantation. but since you are not, cherry, I think it's ok (ONE glass per day, no more)

Oh, I haven't done anything like baby aspirin or cranberry or red wine.
Anything I should do? I want to give this possible Babe a Chance!

oh and the exercise still ok 60mins daily cause I do it EVERYDAY.

I also take 1200MCG Folic Daily

No, I don't think any of those things really make any difference. Our bodies know how to allow a baby to implant all on their own or the whole human race would have died out a long time ago. Some people want to do them, and to that I say, "whatevs!" :)

I would not have anyone do anything involving cranberry, the only reason why I mention it is that it is a blood thinner and so would theoretically aid in implantation - IF anything was necessary for implantation, which for 99.9% of people, it is NOT.

Oh ok so I just continue with only my folic?

Cause with DS I had been on Pre-natals for like a Year when we conceived!

And excercise everyday 60 min doesn't harm implantation either I take it?

Thanks for answering btw!

Yes, continue folic until the end of the first trimester of pregnancy and then gradually wean off. Once you get BFP then you can add a prenatal too but not till then.

Exercise doesn't interfere with implantation. OWT!! :)
