View Full Version : Is anyone any good at interpreting dream meanings?

Have had a recurring dream over the last few weeks and wondered if anyone could offer any insight into it:

It's like I was standing in a kitchen or similar facing the window like when you'd be washing the dishes. A magpie lands on the window ledge and stands for a little almost taking an interest in what I'm doing. Then it starts flapping it's wings and jumping trying to get into the small open window above him. I push a cloth through the window and start to try to flag the magpie away but he's persistent about getting through.

Any clues? I never really have dreams as such, certainly not recurring ones...

From Dr Google-

Magpies

To dream of a magpie represents dishonest opportunism. You or someone else is carefully observing a situation and waiting for a moment of weakness to make a move.

A magpie is a sign of dissatisfaction and disagreements. You may feel insecure about what you say or do. You may also feel shortchanged in a relationship. Alternatively, a magpie may represent your own attempt to steal or embarrasses someone as soon as the opportunity arises.

Thanks nuthinbutpink. It's the windows and shooing bits that I'm wondering about - not sure if that's an improvement in the 'matter' or not. x
