So last time I did the le diet. I think I stuck to it pretty well considereing I was nursing but I did stay under on everything but only 5-6 weeks. I am vegetarian anyways but keeping low on protein was pretty difficult. I did not watch salt but did try to calculate it one day and remembered it being very high.
Now for next sway I am considering the French Diet. I am just torn. It seems like the french diet could be part le like skipping breakfast but I think all nutrients would be high. Plus can't drink coffee so no caffeine for "breakfast". It just looks like french diet had good results.

I don't want to do a lazy sway and plan on starting everything 2m. before this time whereas last time it was kind of a last minute thing.

Still have 4m. until then just getting all my research out of the way-

Any thoughts appreciated:)

IG diet ? How long do you nurse? If you dont nurse Mayby you can do a strict LE diet for 12 weeks? Why dont have diet coke for breakfast if you cant drink caffeine?

keep reading all atomics info on calcium- thinking i will stick to le but watch my sodium this time. also have a couple forbidden foods since they are a regular for me(tomatoes, potatoes, bananas)

If you're referring to our numbers, 2 people did the French Diet. So when you see something that says "oh 100% success rate with French Diet" and 2 people did it, please take it with a huge grain of salt. If you're referring to other data (like Dutch study) a lot of people start off trying to do the diet and anyone who doesn't do it 'right' are eliminated from the stats. (the latest Dutch study is in the bedroom with my sleepign baby but I think 130 couples started the study and only 22 or something were included in the final study. they drop everyone else.) Whereas on this site, I include everyone in the numbers and don't pick and choose who to include so that can make my numbers look worse.

I do think the French Diet can sway but it's because it's more LE in nature than your normal diet might be. I personally have seen many people get opposites with the FGD so I know it's no magic bullet. The people who I think should do FGD are those who just can't stick to LE Diet. I don't think it's the best sway diet out there.

I know we all have heard "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing again and again and expecting different results" but when it comes to gender swaying, that isn't insane at all. When you flip a coin 5 times and get heads every time, it's not insane to expect that tails will come up eventually.

All swaying does is up your odds a bit. It's not a light switch or a guarantee. So maybe to start out, some of us are set for boys 70% of the time, we could go all the way in the opposite direction and end up 70% set for girls, but 30% is still a lot of boys, KWIM? But I'd still take those odds.

just to clarify, the only reason "forbidden" foods were ever forbidden is becos on FGD, they are eating tons of dairy, which is loaded with potassium. On LE Diet, you won't be eating that much dairy and thus will not be getting anywhere near as much potassium from dairy. But you NEED 2500-3500 mg potassium a day for survival, so you can't avoid foods with potassium in them, you need them to make sure you have enough potassium to survive.
