Does Kombucha with Chia Seeds at Whole Foods Sway?

I drink the Synergy Kombucha with Chia Seeds from Whole Foods almost every day. I would assume that it has cleansing properties and would sway blue. Does anyone else drink it when trying to conceive? Does it sway either way?

Well, I do think it would sway blue, but be careful with "cleanses" when swaying blue - things that are marketed at "cleansing" often have stuff in them that can sway pink.

What exact ingredients in cleanses do you think would sway pink instead of blue?

Well, different cleanses contain different ingredients, but the way that they work is by making you (sorry!!) crap your guts out and they often include a lot of fiber. Fiber is something we take for pink sways, because it absorbs nutrietns and removes them from yoru body before they can be absorbed. Additionally, the cleanses often contain herbal laxatives that make you poo a lot and that can remove nutrients from your body too.
