Skull and nub guesses please - gender scan soon

Hi peeps

please help me figure this one out. Do you think girl or boy based on the 12+1 scans pics below. I have 3 children already all of the same sex so I'm defo excited to know what this one is. I find out in a week :-)

I'm happy either way. My last pregnancy was really difficult, long story but baby was given only 2% survival rate at my 12 week ultrasound, it was devastating but we made it and he is doing great so I mean it when I say I only pray for a healthy baby. For the practical side a boy would be easier as I have everything already but with it being last baby I'd love a daughter so I'm just excited to know but I'll be super happy either way x
