Hi everyone,
I'm new to all these swaying business and a little bit confused.
Started cranberry tablets just the other day but not sure when should I stop taking them? I know they are not recommended in pregnancy so not sure if I should stop them just before O?
Also, does anyone know if Vit B complex is ok to use?
What other supplements are you using?
Thank you so much!!

HI and welcome!
cranberry here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-girl-best-practices/7086-how-lower-ph-via-supps-cran-baby-aspirin-aspartame-other-techniques.html
I do not recommend B complex for TTC a girl - I think it has caused a lot of opposites and we are getting good results for BLUE with people taking B's.
Also since you're new I do want to give you a heads up on probiotics - these are commonly recommended on other sites for pink sways but we got awful results with them and have dropped them for pink. Our blue swayers are getting in the neighborhood of 80% boys using probiotics - AVOID

Thank you very much for your respond!
I was very surprised about side effects of crenberry! Just took one today and will stop them completely! Got very scared and wish everyone know about it!
Do you suggest starting aspirin? And how much and how often?
What about DH? To take any supplements? He is over 35.
I was using b-complex occasionally for energy boost and stopped them a week ago. Also, probiotics were part of our lives for a while. Also stopped them not long ago. Do you think we could ttc next month or too soon?
DH still takes probiotics and ocassioby vit B. do you think he should stop or it doesn't really matter?
Thank you so much!! ;)

I wish everyone knew about it too! People had so much trouble when I was back on the other site.
If you are concerned about pH, then you can use the aspirin (the directions are in the same essay with the cranberry info). I didn't do anything, I just wasn't convinced that it really helps and was very prone to bruising so it wasn't worth it to me.
:agree: with stopping B's and probiotics. We honestly don't know if DH should take them or stop them; all we know is that we got bad results when people were using them - most of the time, both DH and DW were taking them and so it was not possible to know if it was swaying for both or just one. Thus I tend to recommend both DHa nd DW avoiding them for now.

Thanks again! We just finished probiotics and won't get another bottle for a while.
I am so sceptical with tablets and vitamins and just can't relax. Probably wont use any of them but it's still good to know what could help in swaying.
Hopefully diet and timing will work for us..also will try zyrtex and reprhesh.so hard to change the diet, I don't think I will last too long :/.skipping bfast is ok, not too hard, but not eating meat, veg and fruit...Oghh so so hard for me. I was snacking on fruit all day along with my toddler and now I find it too difficult. But will do my best for a month or two and see how we go. If nothing happens then I'll buy the plan and allow some time before ttc. Thanks so much again! ;)

You can have vegetables and fruits!!!
Low carb veg are unlimited, you can have as mucha s you want and do not need to count them at all.
higher carb veg (like potato, carrot, corn, beetroot) and fruits, you can have them but do need to count the calories - but not protein or fat
high protein veg (peas, beans) you can have them but do need to count cals and protein but not fat
If you have the option between a higher nutrient veg/fruit and a lower nutrient one, then of course pick the lower nutrient one. But that does NOT mean you can't have a higher nutrient veg/fruit - you CAN still eat those things and should regularly to be sure you're getting adequate nutrition, but just that your main focus of diet should be the lower nutrient foods.

Also, this thread was apparently accidentally locked??? (no one but forum leaders and you could respond) I am assuming you did it on accident and so I reopened it, but if you did mean to lock it then just let me know and I will relock it for you. :)
