Big O and the 2WW

Hi ladies,

Well I googled all over for an answer to this tonight with no real luck so I thought to ask all of you! Can having the big O in the 2ww somehow interfere with the little embryos travels in the Fallopian tubes or effect implantation? Of course I thought of this after it just happened tonight, I'm 2 dpo right now and a little worried that I may have screwed up our chances :(

I doubting highly. Look at the amount of people on this earth. If the big O prevented implantation there wouldn't be so many of us! Really just wanted to wish you good luck!
