from what i read on the internet so far, its not essential but helpful for male fertility.
i wanted to switch dh to my prenatal but there is no selenium in it. his centrum (daily vit) has some in it.

how impt is selenium?

and chromium too.

I think it is important. You do get it via diet to some extent but the nice thing about supps is that they can fill any gaps that diet leaves behind.

I personally like the Centrum over 50 for DH, even if he's not over 50. It has some fertility-boosting nutrients that reg. vitamins don't have.

im thinkingof the mens one a day advantage 50+ (that you mentioned) for dh. he s game!

Yep, that's the one I bought for DH, the One-A-Day formula. The Centrum version is ok too. :agree:
