Hi there,

Just wondering how do you calculate your calories?

I have no idea how much I eat, I mean how much calories!

Do you think the following is too much?

For instance, yesterday I ate the following: cappuccino in the morning, around 12 one croissant, around 3 chicken with leeks plus small piece of bread. Approximately 3tbsp of diced chicken. Then around 7 I had one small piece of bread with strawberry jam. Around 10 I had some fresh blueberries. And one cup of milk during the day.

Not sure how much in calories I ate..does it sound too much? Very hard to get the right amount of everything. When it says 30-40g of proteins, do you have an example of that?

Thank you very much! ;))

I think most of us are using myfitnesspal.com to calculate calories, fat, protein, sodium, etc. It will tell you all of that. And the account is free. :) It's hard to keep track in your head.

my guess would be not nearly enough but I can't say for sure without knowing.

I just looked on the labels of what I was eating and added it up. Before long I got a good handle on how much I was getting and didn't need to track it any more. I also liked the Self. com site, they had full nutrient breakdowns for most foods and I felt it more reliable than the My Fitness Pal site. I'm not sure if it has the same ability to track your day's food intake tho. I avoided that kind of thing because I knew I wouldn't stick to it and also I worried that the tracking and numbers would raise my T levels. It was easier for me to keep a running day's total in my head but that may not be true for everyone - since I research this all day every day I have a lot more data to draw off of than the average person does.
