I am new to this girl sway research and at the moment I am completely lost!! We were going to give IVF/PGD a try but the success rates are quite low and the costs financially crippling. We could afford to travel overseas for one cycle, but that's it. Few come back with a BFP after one try though and it's just so much money. I am so desperate for a girl after 3 boys though I just don't know what is the right thing to do.

Anyway, throw at me what I should know for a girl sway as a starting point for more research!! Foods, timing, supplements, everything. I have read several threads but I don't understand any of the abbreviations or anything. We hope to start TTC before the year is out.

Thank you!!

Start at the start!! Atomic has info in her ticker where to find the essays that she's based the sway on. The what, where if and when's! Better to read and understand that first. Reading others threads at this point will just confuse you as not every one does what atomic suggests for one reason or another. Better starting with knowing what is a gender dreaming sway. Also, atomic does plans for a small charge, again takes the guess work out of what you should include .... Age, partners age, health, medical history, lifestyle all play a part in what you should/could include in your sway.
Good luck. It won't seem so daunting once you've looked at the essays!! X

$79 for a Personalized Plan and a swaying coach is a bargain compared to HT.

If you can afford HT and you do not want a 4th boy, try HT. If you are open to another baby and are happy trying everything you can to sway your odds, the plans are a great option.

I purchased the personal plan from Atomic and it was brilliant! Best $ ever spent! Takes the guess work out and made me chill out from all the worry and research I was doing! I am now expecting our little girl after having two sweet little boys!

I have also purchased a plan. I must say being able to ask private questions is probably what sold me the most. I also tried to read all the information myself and thought I had a pretty good idea of what I should do. Then I got my plan and most of the stuff I thought I was going to do turned out to be not so good for me so I'm glad I got the plan now. I'm not ttc yet but just getting things settled.

Thank you all. I will look into this plan for sure. If we don't do HT (which I am 99% sure we wont) I have to give this my best shot and do everything right. I only get one more c/section so one more baby. (Not that I could EVER EVER convince DH to have 5... I had to convince him to have 3 to try for the girl!!)

Anyway, here's to lots of reading!!
