Great Nub Shot! Guesses please!!!!

13 wks 6 days. Tech said she thought girl and would be surprised if it turned out boy. We are really hoping for a boy, we have one little fireball of a girl! :) But the baby is perfectly healthy! That is what matters. It doesn't hurt to wish a pray though! Throw some blue dust my way! What are chances of this turning out boy? I have been 90% sure I was having a boy until this scan! Thank you in advance!

First one looks girly but the second one I'm not convinced as it's sticking up a bit more. Apparently boys disguised as girls is more common than the other way around though you are really far along so it's more accurate now than earlier.
