12 weeks... first niece or nephew dying to know which!!!

My brother found out that he will be a daddy and now we have a Sonogram to prove it =) I'm pregnant myself with my first boy and he is dying for a baby girl. He isnt as nubsessed as I was but im dying to know. Anyone have any guesses?

I think I MIGHT be able to see a hint of a girl nub....but the pic isn't very clear, so it's just a guess....congrats on becoming an Aunt :)
