The scan looks like it has been taken saggitally (see bean shaped uterus) so this is not a true picture of positioning the baby accurately!!! The placenta is forming on one side of the baby either posterior or anterior but only the tech could have told you which one is which as you have two saggitally viewed images flipped over!!. That is why it is not possible to determine Ramsey's theory in any of these pictures and hence may explain the lack of response!!!!

Think of it like this instead of taking a picture from the front or back of the uterus it has been taken from the top to bottom and visa versa!!! Hence why your baby looks like it is floating more towards the centre!!!

The only true way to find out whether I am even right or wrong is to ask the tech who took the ultrasound which view they sued when taking this scan they may be able to recall. Hope this helps somewhat. I got a video of my scan and although I am assuming I know where is what I wanted to get someone who may be a tech even to look here or in gender to access my scan and figure out where the a baby is located. I had a transabdominal scan I know it is transverse and you can see clearly my uterus and the bladder and my cervix. But no one seemed to want to answer me too. I just had a handful of guesses but no one form the ore experienced lot gave me a through explanation so I have had to my own research....which is still in progress.....lol at this rate I may as well be hired as a sonographer...watching all obstetrician ultrasound scanning training videos on you tube..like I don't have a life....lololololol...

Does that mean even though the tech sits facing me their right is my left The picture seems to show my uterus faced from my whole body's right side. The baby seems to look like it is sitting on my cervix but I don't know whether it is nearer the far left or far right. But no one seemed to want to answer me too. I just had a handful of guesses but no one from the more experienced lot gave me a thorough explanation so I have had to do my own research....which is still in progress.....lol at this rate I may as well be hired as a sonographer...watching all obstetrician ultrasound scanning training videos on you tube..like I don't have a life....lololololol..

what does saggitally mean and posterior or anterior mean! I didn't think to ask her at my us bc i was highly stressed out & totally forgot! I can Tell you when she did abdominal us she was more toward the right so when flipped it would be the left correct bc a trans vaginal what ever u see the picture on is accurate! I've been told a girl from a friend on fb who does them but don't knw how accurate she is?
