Crap I'm CD 7 and I just had light spotting, didn't bd for a few days I'm scared this is implantation blood..This month I'm sure is my girl cycle!!!! eeekkkkk we used a condom when it was not "safe" ugh!!! Stressed!!! Pray it's a boy if I'm pregnant please ladies!! Also I've just been picked to donate eggs for a lovely family :( I was really really looking forward to helping them..This would be my last chance I'm turning 29 in Jan...

An update all though I feel I'm the only one that's been regular here.
The witch came and is almost gone, I have been feeling very edgy so I am thinking this is my boy cycle if there is a such thing lol
We are still waiting to hear from the couple about donating my eggs, I have a feeling they might be backing out...we shall see..ohh is there another thread for November??? I would love to hear how everyone else is doing, any BFP???

Have you taken a pregnancy test?

No I have not tested yet as I know pregnancy test done show + till I 21dpo I had 5 prengcery and ever time it been 21dpo so I sit on it for a couple more day or at lest trying to as it would be - even if I am.

Where is everyone and how is everyone??

Waiting to O here and I know you ladies are not big on the Extreme gender sway but DH really wants to try so we are gonna do it!!!! Pray for me I am scared out of my mind this is my last chance and I've been reading waaayyy too much on the internet about things like one month favoring a boy and the other a girl and I was going with is and everything until I read something that contradicted everything I thought I knew :( Well here we go I'm counting down down days now and doing odd things I never thought I'd do like putting baking soda up the V :x this is my LAST chance and if we fail it will CRUSH me..There is one thing that keeps popping in my head, it might be a cliche but "the power of prayer and give it to God" keeps playing over and over in both our minds here LOL..I hope everyone is doing great..I would love to hear from you all :)

I am waiting ANY day I am due to O we are ready both doing the diet I'm drinking only lemon water and baking soda and eating salt on everything oh and staying away from any diary, I checked my PH I was over 9!!!! So I'm doing good there, I hope this works, plz everyone send positive thoughts and prayers my way!!

Hi, everyone:

I am TTC this cycle after taking a few months off, and I'm actually mid-cycle, trying to sway blue (obviously), but I've got a few quick questions. Today is CD 12 for me. O should be today or tomorrow; I've got plenty of super-stretchy egg white CM, a high/ soft/ open cervix and lots of sex drive, and my cycle has been a clock-work 26 days for the past 3 months, so I'm very confident that O is usually CD 12 (or possibly CD 13 in the wee hours of the morn). We've had BD on CD 8, CD 10 and yesterday, CD 11. CD 8 and 10 he came first and then I came, yesterday I went first and then he did about 15 minutes later. My question is two-fold: first, should we BD today as well? OPK was pos just now when I checked, but this was the first OPK I've done so far, so it doesn't help much since it could have been + this morning or even last night but I wasn't tracking it (why not, you ask? Well, b/c I've found that when I'm tracking assiduously and getting too stressed out about it, I tend not to conceive...so I'm trying to act relaxed and unconcerned...although I obviously am).

Here are my questions. First, if we BD at O-2, O-1, and then O today (assuming O is today, or even tomorrow)...isn't that too much like frequent release? If we BD tonight this will be the third night in a row. I just don't want to overdo it and accidentally sway pink. My second question is this: should I discount yesterday as a real attempt since I came first and he didn't come until a good 15-20 minutes later? I'm a big believer in orgasm helping to vacuum the sperm up into the uterus, which is why we try hard to make sure he's first, and then me...but last night didn't quite work that way. I'm guessing there's still some vacuuming of sperm, but not nearly as much...so does last night still count?

I guess that's all for now. My apologies for being so anal about this (and possibly TMI?), but I'm hoping this is the sort of place that appreciates all the details. :-)

Hi, I just wanted to reassure you. DTD 3x is not frequent release. 3x is fine. I am like you- I don't get a positive OPK until either the day before, and sometimes the day of O. I also O around 12/13. It might be that we are earlier to ovulate and that are LH surge is fast!

If you dtd today a few things could happen- there should be sperm already waiting there if you have EWCM (which you said you did) so adding to it will only increase the number of sperm waiting which sways boy (high sperm count favors boys). If you miss ovulation because you DTD late, then it didn't matter anyway.

Win-win I say! Plus, you should always dtd on the peak of your CM. So, if you still have stretch mucous, dtd. Pink swayers need to release 7x to get a frequent release.

I hope that helps. :) PLUS- if you ovulate late, then you have covered yourself too.

SpicyTunaSushi, thanks for the reassurance! So we did indeed DTD last night...we were both very tired but made it happen. No orgasm for me, though, but still hopeful that a little bit of sperm got where it was supposed to go. All told that will be a total of 4 BDs during the fertile window this cycle. Now moving into the 2ww. Fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think your chances are still good, women get boys all the time from a long cut off, there are plenty of women who sway girl and get boys

O-2 O-1 and O is perfect for a boy sway, don't worry about when you had your orgasm, a lot of women don't orgasm and have lots of babies :)
