Nub Expertise Needed!!!

Need some help on this one ladies! I'm going nuts (no pun intended) over this nub business!! I would really appreciate some guesses on my 12 week nub shot. I am having an elective u/s tomorrow, so any last minute guesses would be awesome. Thanks in advance girls.

I thought it was a pretty clear shot. Have I been looking at the wrong thing the whole time?!?! I thought it was the tube looking thing coming off the abdomen to the far right??? Is it the larger blob under that???

Its the long thing sticking out, has a bulb at the end below abdomen, you can see the nub clearly, its only that the picture is kind of blurred so it might have pulled the nub down also, Im not sure actually so Im going 50/50!
