For my girl sway I used vitex and saw palmetto. I am taking vitex since about 6 months, full cycle. Saw palmetto I started one cycle before our attempt. Only from beginning of AF until O.
This month we ttc. I determined O by temperature and by OPK. So O it should not be delayed.
My menstruation always starts exactly 14 d after O. Now it is 16 d after O but no AF!!

Sounds nice, BUT test was negative. Last test was at DPO14 (10 U, however cheap one from eBay)

Maybe is it due to saw palmetto??? When should I start again with it? (as long as I am not pregnant)

Thanks for your help!!!!!!

I found it made my cycles shorter, but I thunk it generally changes your cycle, whether that be shorter or longer. Might take a couple of cycles to settle down.

In case of pregnancy - one has to stop vitex quite slowly, right?
Any recommendations how? Thanks a million!!!

It's only safe to take vitex throughout the whole cycle when you are not TTC.

Okay. Thanks for your answers!!

But why is it recommended to wean it of? And I found articles about vitex in early pregnancy and that it even can prevent miscarriages. However maybe that depends on the indication...

I don't know were you have that information from but I have never heard of weaning vitex off. As far as I know atomic even recommends to take it until cd 14 and than stop even if you haven't O'd. It's not safe to take vitex during pregnancy.

Why don't you just pm atomic, she will know more.
