Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
- I had tons of sweets but always ate them alone a a meal.
- had lots of coffee and coke light
- no meat at all
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
11 months on and off since I fell pregnant twice but miscarried

Comments regarding DH's diet-
When TTC DS DH and I were both into weight lifting, DH was in a very good condition eating healthy and working out every other day but he gained 10 kg in the past year and doesn´t have time to exercise anymore.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

I lost 10kg since we started TTC and was holding it for the last few months.

I did take the BCP the month before because of cysts and since my RE have me his OKAY I took vitex and SP throughout that month. I stopped it as soon as AF arrived. Also I am on metformin 1500mg a day and was drinking raspberry leaf tea AF-O. I did stimulate follicle growth with gonal-f injections and femara. DH added magnesium and cranberry this cycle.
Did you do anything with Ions?
I tried to cover all bases so I had every kind of soap and body lotions with lavender. I also had little lavender bags all over the house, especially in the bedroom. We had the windows open 24/7. I put a salt rocket lamp on my night stand and I had one for candela that I carried around with me when I was at home. Also I had an anethyst necklace and ring and an amethyst and rosequartz bracelet that I was keeping in my pockets. (Gosh you must think I am one crazy lady....). I did paint my nails every single day.

Yep, I had (to be honest I still have) a wooden spoon under my bed and girls clothes under my pillow.

- that I am on metformin
- the change in diet
- my weight loss
- Chinese gender calendar predicts a girl
- I had very little sleep for the past few weeks before our attempt

- DH's awesome sperm count
- that we had too many attempts
