hey fellow pink swayers, i've had i think my first complete cycle since d&c october 4th, my luteal phase is only 9 days.
:tissue:
I took vitamin b6 last time i tried to sway when i took advice from the IG boards, i ended up with twin boys, so would never trust it again, i just wondered if anyone else had a short lp after a loss. Is it a common problem while your hormones are going back to normal or do i have progrsterone problems/deficiancy.
is there anything else i can do? :nails:

I have had a load of trouble getting a BFP after a m/c in Dec 2012. Part of my problem is progesterone. After trying progesterone pills, clomid, & a few other things I tried some natural supplements for my liver. Had a holistic practitioner muscle test me & said my liver was not synthesizing fats properly which are building blocks of hormones.
Sounds a little strange but I can't afford HT and I have tried everything else so that is where I am at. Currently in the 2ww since trying supplements for my liver so.....we'll see!
Good luck...this is so hard sometimes!

yes it's very normal after a loss to have strange cycles. It will prob. be right back to normal by next month.
I also got a boy with B6. I don't think B6 helps very much anyway, most of the time people's LP gets better in 3 months with B6 and a quarter of a year without it.

Yes, I agree - I took B6 after reading on IG that it helps LP and increases progesterone to sway girl. Well I did get pregnant, unfortunately I lost that baby but it was in fact a boy. Also, after both my D&C's my LP was like 8-9 days but then regulated itself out again - I am back to 27 day cycles.
