So I've been temping and using opks. I have a temp dip and then my temp will rise a little but barely, like a tenth of a degree over the baseline. Ff says I o on the day of the temp dip however I'm not getting a positive opk until the afternoon my temp dips and I am testing three times a day. Since we are trying one attempt I need to make sure I'm not missing o!! Which do I believe? My opks stay positive for three days after the first positive as well. I'm goin to try to attach a copy of one of my charts.

I think ff is right with O. Go with your first pos opk unless history suggests otherwise. It's better to be early then to miss O altogether! Also be sure to keep a close eye on and chart you cm even if you notice nothing or you are dry. It will help you out a lot!

studies have indicated that OPK are more reliable than temping as a general rule. But you need to be in with an attempt before O, you can't gamble that the temping is wrong and OPK right, so I would have an attempt asap with pos OPK, and hopefully that will coincide with temp dip anyway.
